He and Guillermo take her hostage and briefly reclaim Stevie Ray. It is revealed in the series finale by Guillermo that he started a cosplay company. During season 8, Shane joins the police force and, along the way, meets a fellow cadet that lost her father and they begin dating. Fortunately for Celia, her cancer therapy makes her a poor source for organ harvesting; Quinn's frustrations boil over upon learning that her mother is not good for even basic ransom, as no one wants Celia back.
However, the FBI is waiting for them outside. In retaliation, she helps Kashishian ruin the drug deal that ends season two. The future of his cadet girlfriend, Angela, is left unknown. Andy Botwin first appears in "Fashion Of The Christ", when the family is awoken by a fire alarm and come downstairs to him in the kitchen cooking. He's promised a desk job, and gladly goes since he'll be stateside. She instead writes Andy a note, moving herself and Shane into Esteban's home.
However, Quinn kidnaps Celia and holds her for ransom during the season four cliffhanger. Esteban arranges for the body to be destroyed by being dissolved in acid. To ensure the safety of her unborn child, she hands Till over to Esteban who orders Ignacio to kill Till. During this period, uncle Andy discovers that he has been masturbating to naked pictures of his mother that were taken by his father years ago. When Celia is accepted into the Botwin's home in Ren Mar, Nancy uses Till's fear of being exposed in relationship to Peter Scottson to force him to let Celia go. Megan shows up again in episode 11 of season 8 when Nancy, Andy and Silas return to Agrestic (now Regrestic after the fire destroyed the previous and is now rebuilt) to track down Conrad to get hold of some MILF seeds or plants that they need for their new venture.
While at boot camp he and his "buddy" are sent to the desert where, while lighting each other's farts, a drone kills his friend. Nancy provides the FBI information that leads to Esteban's conviction on a long list of criminal charges. Various people, including counselors at his school, attribute his anti-social behavior to his father's death. After Nancy sleeps with a local married man, they are run out of the trailer park. Although Nancy successfully escapes Cesar and Ignacio in Seattle, Esteban eventually catches up with her in Michigan. Doug and Celia have an affair that leads to a divorce from Dana. Nancy's maternal instinct kicks in and she refuses.
Nancy accepts Lupita's resignation, but refuses to give up the baby. Megan is seen by the end of season 8 expressing hatred towards Nancy for ruining Silas's childhood, but lets his mother know there are no hard feelings between them.
Soon after, Nancy comes to the house hoping to get the keys to Andy's new minivan so she can flee RenMar, and she helps Andy and Audra subdue the protestor. He views Shane as a kindred spirit of sorts. Nancy then uses the fire insurance benefit as seed money to start the grow house.
