People complain about believability. | | Omid Abtahi Now watching season 8.This series deals with the propriety of enhanced interrogation methods against terrorists who don't play by the rules of law.
When a season starts and they try and make you care about brand new characters, most of the time I don't. 83% SPOILER: Jon Voight is in this season for a little, and he is either wasted, or doesn't give that good of a performance. Air date: Feb 23, 2009

Jack Bauer's is in for another bad day in another thrilling season of another semi rebooted season.

Torture! Leland Orser Split screens often show us the action in more than one locale. In custody, Tony utters the old CTU under cover phrase "deep sky". Near the end of the run, the writers sprang one twist too many and tried to introduce the ultimate man-behind-the-man, undermining the excellent work that had gone before.Day 7 maybe lost the thread a bit with Jack's introspection, but it did make fine use of a more ripped-from-the-headlines story involving a Blackwater-esque shadow group.More News This extra time to craft and mould is evident after the first 8 episodes, when the show leaps forward with new creative energy and original plot points. And the writing is quite good as well, with some incredibly suspenseful and compelling storytelling. Buy to agree. Mark Aiken But all seasons are excellent, as are “Redemption” and “Live Another Day”.

In contrast to most critical and fan reviews of this show, I thoroughly enjoyed the sixth season of "24", yet did not get into "Redemption" at all.

What has made "24" great in the past continues to rule in this season. Glenn Morshower
